Born in American Fork and raised in Lehi, Dixie Wilson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who brings both deep clinical expertise and strong community roots to Summit. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Weber State University and began her career in the Intensive Care Unit at Utah Valley Hospital. Driven to further her education and impact, Dixie went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana State University.
She later returned to Utah Valley Hospital as a Nurse Practitioner with the Neurosurgical Services team, where she helped manage complex neurological cases with precision and care. Now at Summit, Dixie brings years of specialized neurosurgical experience and a calm, steady presence to her patients and team alike.
Personal Life and Interests
Dixie and her husband, Gordon, live in Lehi, Utah, where they’ve raised their four children. She enjoys spending time with her family and being in the outdoors—whether hiking, exploring, or simply enjoying Utah’s natural beauty.
