Neurosurgery | Physician Assistant
Alex Davis is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing in neurosurgery at Summit. His path—from playing collegiate baseball to caring for Division I athletes and now guiding patients through complex neurosurgical treatment—reflects his lifelong commitment to health, healing, and human connection.
Alex earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Utah State University, followed by a Master’s in Athletic Training from Weber State University. For seven years, he served as an athletic trainer at Brigham Young University, supporting the football and baseball teams. He later completed his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah, transitioning his focus to the world of neurosurgery.
At Summit, Alex is known for his strong clinical knowledge, clear communication, and ability to make patients feel confident and supported throughout their care journey.
