Brandi Dawson is a board-certified Physician Assistant specializing exclusively in neurosurgery at Summit. She earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University, where she also competed as a Division I athlete on the women’s soccer team. During her collegiate career, she was recognized twice as a First Team All Pac-12 Academic Athlete. Brandi completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Rocky Mountain University and began her career at Utah Valley Hospital, where she worked in neurosurgical patient care.

Since joining Summit, Brandi has spent the past five years working alongside Dr. John Edwards, supporting patients with neurological conditions through both surgical and non-surgical treatment plans. She is known for her calm, focused presence and her dedication to clear, compassionate communication.

Personal Life and Interests

Brandi’s passion for wellness extends beyond the clinic. She enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, and photography—often combining her love of the outdoors with her creative side. Her background as a competitive athlete fuels her belief in active recovery and long-term health.
